WHO WE ARE
Sunset Country Renovations/Tamarack Electric is owned and operated by James & Cheryl Esh and Tyler & Kelsey-Anne Esh.
Tyler has over 10 years of experience in the electrical trade. While developing a high skill level in both residential and commercial applications. Everything from small repairs, whole house wiring, to large multi-level commercial buildings.
Tyler grew up in Sioux Lookout before moving to Dryden with his wife Kelsey-Anne. As a family they enjoy camping, fishing and hunting and are happy to call northern Ontario home.
Born in Sioux Lookout and raised in Dryden, James has not moved very far from home. Growing up with a love of the outdoors, moving away from the beauty of this region was not an option! Most of our married life has been spent living in the Sioux Lookout or Dryden area.
Over the years we have been involved in a lot of great adventures which include raising 10 children and spending many days hunting, fishing, camping and canoeing this wonderful region. Cheryl loves investing her time and energy into teaching and caring for our family. James loves engaging them in the outdoors through all four seasons which includes on average 150 km of canoeing a summer.
After James spent 20 years working as an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer, building our own home, and working part-time in construction, we branched out on our own with Sunset Country Renovations. This has added to the adventure of our lives as it allows us to meet so many great people and assist them in completing their dreams and ideas.
We are eternally grateful for the paths we have walked, and rivers we have paddled and look forward to meeting you!
Life is an amazing adventure,
James & Cheryl
